The University Heights Shopping Centre in Saanich, British Columbia, is a mixed-use development featuring commercial space, rental housing, retail areas, a daycare and public spaces.
The project uses 30,000 sq. ft. of AL13 cladding, featuring the AL13 Panel System in Custom Blue and Acorn Grey and the AL13 Plank System in Light Euro Cherry. University Heights was designed by WA Architects.
