AL13_® patented and proprietary systems are fully mechanically fastened with zero caulking and adhesive required.

AL13_® patented Panel System is the simplest ACM (aluminum composite material) building cladding in the industry. The components are fully mechanically fastened with no caulking or adhesives. The panels are a fraction of the weight of fiber cement and require no hazardous material precautions when installing.

AL13_® panels are available in standard polyethylene (PE) or fire-rated (FR) cores. System components have built-in moisture management (pressure equalized rain screen).

Fire-Rated panels:
NFPA 285 compliant.
CAN/ULC S134 compliant.

AL13_® Plank System shares common framing components with AL13_® Panel System to allow for a seamless transition between both.

AL13_® planks are not a single product, but a certified rainscreen system.  Designed to prevent the build-up of moisture between the siding and the exterior wall – avoiding water damage issues.

AL13_® panel coating finish standard is AAMA 2605.

AL13_® plank & batten coating finish standard is AAMA 2604.

Our paint is a PVDF finish that offers a 20-year warranty.  AL13_® system finishes are low-maintenance and long-lasting with maintenance requirements of occasional cleaning of the finished surfaces.

AL13_® systems come in a variety of standard colors.   If you have a specific color in mind, AL13_® can match by physical samples or color codes.  AL13_® systems has the ability to deliver any color or woodgrain to match your project needs.

AL13_® systems goes easily over exterior insulation and can be installed on metal girt system, metal hat channel, plywood OSB, and concrete block. If you have an exterior grey drywall, a metal girt system will need to be introduced prior to installing AL13_® panel and plank.

Yes, AL13_® panel, plank and batten systems can be installed for interior applications.

AL13_® systems are cut to fit on site allowing for easy install.  Flat packed and shipped direct to the job site, AL13_® panel and plank use the same back components for seamless transition.

Yes - AL13_® systems work great for modular and standard on-site construction as it is a component-based system.  AL13_® systems can significantly increase efficiencies over traditional off-site fabrications systems as AL13_® panel, plank & batten arrive to the job site or modular facility in a flat pack that can easily be staged, transported, and installed.  We also are able to maintain our high quality by supplying our own engineered components from screws, extrusions, panels, saw blades, and even suction cups.

A rain screen is not a singular product, but a system of products on a wall that function together to manage moisture.  This wall construction system protects the sheathing from moisture that manages to get past the exterior siding or cladding.  For more details on AL13_® built-in rain screen system, please visit here.
