As an addendum, we shall inform you of the ability to supply and install the product (or supply only during instances when you make your own arrangements for installation) and confirm your agreement with the stated price. Furthermore, we will hand over a written Confirmation of Order which denotes the exact moment in time when the binding contract between both parties will come into existence. In case of any discrepancy between these terms and our Confirmation of Order, the latter shall always prevail.
