AL13_® patented and proprietary systems are fully mechanically fastened with zero caulking and adhesive required.

The AL13® Panel System is a patented solution. It is the simplest ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) cladding system in the industry.

The components are fully mechanically fastened with no caulking or adhesives. The panels are a fraction of the weight of fiber cement and require no hazardous material precautions when installing.

AL13® panels are available in a standard fire-resistant (FR) core. System components have built-in moisture management (pressure equalized rain screen).

NFPA 285 compliant.
CAN/ULC S134 compliant.

AL13® Plank System offers a true woodgrain look with a ⅛ shadow profile design, with the durability of metal. Additionally, the AL13® Plank System is available in solid and metallic colors. Color matching is also possible.

AL13® Plank System shares common framing components with AL13® Panel System to allow for a seamless transition.

AL13® planks are not a single product, but a certified rainscreen system. Designed to prevent the build-up of moisture between the siding and the exterior wall which avoids water damage issues.

The AL13® Panel System is coated with PVDF paint, offering the standards of AAMA2605 and a 20-year finish warranty.

The AL13® Plank and Batten Systems are available in powder coating (AAMA2604 and 15-year finish warranty) and PVDF (AAMA 2605).

These high standards allow for low-maintenance and a long life cycle.

AL13® systems come in a variety of standard colors. If you have a specific color in mind we can match with color codes or physical samples. We have the ability to produce any color or woodgrain finish to match your project needs. 

AL13® systems are tested over wood (plywood, pressure-treated wood, OSB, etc), steel (Girt systems, hat channels, etc) and concrete.

If you have exterior-grade drywall, a suitable substrate will have to be in place prior to installing AL13® Systems.

Yes, AL13_® panel, plank and batten systems can be installed for interior applications.

AL13® systems are cut to fit on site allowing for easy installation. Flat packed and shipped direct to the job site, AL13® Panel and Plank use the same back framing for seamless transition.

Yes, AL13® systems work great for modular and standard on-site construction as it is a component-based system. AL13® systems can significantly increase efficiencies over traditional off-site fabrications systems as AL13® Panel, Plank & Batten arrive at the job site or modular facility in a flat pack that can easily be staged, transported, and installed. We are also able to maintain our high quality by supplying our own engineered components from screws, extrusions, panels, saw blades, and suction cups. 

A rain screen is not a singular product, but a system of products on a wall that function together to manage moisture.  This wall construction system protects the sheathing from moisture that manages to get past the exterior siding or cladding.  For more details on AL13_® built-in rain screen system, please visit here.
